Raffles The Palm Dubai invites guests to journey to Japan with an authentic four-course menu crafted by Michelin-starred chefs at MATAGI, followed by an evening of live jazz at the award-winning SOLA Jazz Lounge.

The multi-faceted Japanese restaurant offers guests the opportunity to peek at what three newly appointed chefs bring to the table. The selection, curated by Sushi Master Chef Kenji, opens with a choice of  Sakitsuke (“Starters”), including two classic Japanese dishes, a savoury  Chawanmushi with steamed egg custard, king crab, and caviar, and a traditional Miso Soup. Sushi and Grilled options follow with Chirashi sushi, Signature maki roll, Teriyaki Chicken, and Vegetable tempura rice. For a sweet ending, guests can savour sesame and Japanese mandarin flavours, with a signature dessert curated by the talented Executive Pastry Chef Sebastien Bernis.

After dinner, guests can head to SOLA Jazz Lounge for two cocktails from the bar’s bespoke selection to round up the evening.
